Steve grew up in southern New Jersey in the shadow of Philadelphia, tinkering away in basement studios, playing in bands, and DJing through high school and college. After graduating from Syracuse University, he moved west to Los Angeles and started his career working in post production, Apple Stores, and eventually making music for productions large and small. His work can be heard across the media landscape including TV, films, ads, and apps. He also releases ambient music under the name Lucent Lake.
